Mark Neuhauser

Mark Neuhauser received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law. While in law school, he interned for the Honorable Martin Ritholtz, as well as for the office of the District Attorney of Kings County. Mark has more than a decade of experience in many aspects of Real Estate and Elder Law.

Mark concentrates his transactional real estate practice in the areas of buying, selling, financing and representing landlords, and multi-family developers. Mark’s experience includes all aspects of commercial real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing. Mark has also assisted sellers, purchasers, commercial and residential real estate mortgage lenders, borrowers, developers, and management companies in commercial and residential conveyances. His client base includes financial institutions, private lenders, bridge lenders, and real estate companies.

In addition, he manages the firm’s elder law group, which encompasses all aspects of elder law planning and Medicaid planning and handles aspects of the firm’s collection litigation practice. He has extensive experience with trusts and estates elder law, and planning for the special needs of persons with disabilities. Planning, estate planning, estate administration, debt collection. Mark continues to assist many health care providers and institutions across the breadth of New York.

Jason Harrington

Jason graduated from Keuka College with a BA in Political Science as well as a BS in Business Management. He went on to receive his Juris Doctor from SUNY Buffalo Law School.

From acquisitions and sales of multi-family, industrial, vacant, and retail real estate to commercial leasing (office, retail, industrial) to structuring partnerships, Jason Harrington can advise on a wide array of commercial and business transactions.

  • Commercial Real Estate/Asset Purchase Transactions: Counsel on multi-million-dollar transactions, spanning commercial real estate acquisitions and sales, refinances, development projects, and asset purchase agreements from contract through closing across the United States. Structure, negotiate, and close complex real estate transactions from operating agreement to settlement statement . Negotiate and draft lending documents, AIA and development agreements, and security agreements. Represent real estate owners and developers in obtaining permanent, bridge, and construction mortgage and mezzanine financing. Represent lenders in hard-money loans secured by real estate and other securities
  • Leasing Transactions: Represent landlords across the United States in negotiating and drafting leases with local and national commercial tenants. Advise on, negotiate and draft complex build-to-suit leases. Draft amendments and internal/client memoranda in connection with complex matters involving defaults or other lease violations
  • Miscellaneous Transactions/Duties: Negotiate and draft revenue participation agreements, relinquishment agreements, and corporate or transfer documents. Perform due diligence and title review/clearance.

Jed Zeilingold received a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School and is pending admission to the New York Bar Association. While in law school, Jed interned for the Honorable Paul Marx a Supreme Court Justice in the Ninth Judicial District of New York. Jed also interned at Meister Abstract Title company and for Loewenberg & Yanowitz LLP, accumulating a wealth of knowledge in the Real Estate industry.

Jed focuses on transactional real estate, and represents clients in both residential and commercial purchases and sales.
Also, Jed was the President of the Jewish Law Student Association during year 2019-2020.

Stefani is a recent graduate of Queens College with a BA in political science focusing on American Law. Since her graduation she has continued study in Cryptocurrency, Wealth Building and Wealth Management. As a paralegal for Neuhauser Law, PLLC, Stefani coordinated the creation of the Post-Closing Department and has headed its organization and operation. Having a background in Crypto Currency research, she seeks to create a Crypto Department in Neuhauser Law, PLLC in the coming years. This would make her one New York City’s first Crypto Paralegals. She seeks to make Neuhauser Law one of the first firms in New York City to work in Crypto Real Estate both in Real Property and, eventually, the Metaverse. To achieve this goal, Stefani has transferred from the Post-Closing Department to the Transactional Department and is working diligently with her team for the creation of a Crypto department. Soon, Neuhauser Law PLLC will be able to aid in all Real Estate transactions in Cryptocurrency.
